Days after her 22nd birthday and college graduation, Olivia was diagnosed with Diffuse Midline Glioma, a rare, aggressive brain tumor. Though faced with unimaginable challenges, her journey was marked by remarkable courage, unwavering faith, and enduring hope.

Through surgeries, extensive rehab and clinical trials, Olivia refused to let her diagnosis define her. Alongside her dad, she transformed a dream into reality by launching the Holy Grounds Coffee Truck. Her mission was simple: to serve faith, hope, and love with every cup, sharing her story to encourage others facing hardships. It was never just about the coffee.

Those who knew Olivia will remember her authenticity, radiant smile, adventurous spirit, contagious joy, and steadfast trust in God. Her favorite quote was by Maya Angelou: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Her favorite joke—How does Jesus make his coffee?
